Office Assistant / Office Coordinator

For our Client, a boutique advisory services company, we are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic candidate for its office in Wilanów.

 

The role requires independent person with good organizational skills.

Office Assistant / Office Coordinator
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa, Wilanów

Type of contract: Initially on a B2B basis which can reviewed after the probation period.

 

Primary Responsibilities
  • Extensive calendar management, coordinating schedules, internal and external calls and meetings;
  • Business assistance including formatting and working on documents, spreadsheets and presentations;
  • General duties including settlement of business expenses.
Key Requirements/ Qualifications
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Fluent written and verbal English is a must;
  • +/- 10 years of professional experience on similar position.

  • Ability to work independently, effectively under pressure;
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with a positive helpful attitude;
