For our Client FRONTEX European Border and Coast Guard Agency we are looking for:

Administrative Assistant in the Security Sector
Location: Warszawa
Reference Number: AA/SEC/21
Key responsibilities of the position:
  •  assistance in administrative duties;
  • assistance in financial duties (ABAC, invoices, payments, etc.);
  • assistance in procurement files for sector;
  • assistance in personnel security clearance verification for staff and standing corps 1-2;
  • assistance to Crypto Distribution (issuing, sending and follow-up receipt of crypto keys)
  • administrative assistance to EUROSUR security accreditation board
Requirements:
  • successfully completed secondary education related to the administrative, management, law, HR, finance, linguistic.
  • very good skills in the main MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • very good command of both written and spoken English (at least B2)
  • previous experience in administrative tasks;
  • experience in information management;
  • knowledge of publishing workflows;
  • experience in assisting in organization of meetings and events in an international or multilingual context.
